- Are you a York and Scarborough Hospital kidney failure patient or carer receiving care and/or treatment in Low Clearance Clinic, Haemodialysis, Home Haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Conservative Management or had a Transplant or donated a kidney etc.
- Would you like to offer help to other patients in one or more of the above areas regarding the impact of their treatment on their life?
- Are you a patient or carer in any of the above areas who would like some advice (or just talk) about the impact of your treatment in your life/lives?
